株式会社アンティー・ファクトリー(以下、｢当社｣といいます。) は、お客様の大切な情報を守り、安心してご利用いただけるサービスの提供に努めてまいります。いただいたお客様の個人情報の取り扱いについては、個人情報保護に関する法令およびその他の関連諸規則を遵守し、以下の取組みを実施してまいります。

●	お客様から個人情報を収集させていただく場合は、利用の目的を明確にした上で、当社の業務遂行上必要な情報に限定して収集させていただきます。かかる個人情報には、お客様にご登録いただいた氏名、住所、電話番号等のほか、当社で商品をご購入された際に収集された情報も含まれます。

●	お客様より収集させていただいた個人情報を適切かつ正確に管理し、お客様の承諾を得た範囲以外の利用や提供はいたしません。（ただし、お客様又は公衆の生命、健康、財産などの重大な利益を保護するために必要な場合等法令の規定による場合を除きます。）

●	当社がお客様の個人情報を提供する会社（メーカー、物流会社など）には、個人情報の漏洩やお客様に無断で第三者に再提供をすることがないよう、適切な管理を徹底してまいります。

●	お客様の個人情報に関する業務を外部委託する場合には、当社の求める一定のセキュリティ基準を満たしている外部委託先を選定し、当社が負う責任と同様の責任を委託先に負っていただきます。

●	お客様が、当社が保有するお客様ご本人の個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止、第三者への提供停止および利用目的の通知を希望される場合には、当社は合理的な範囲で適正かつ迅速に対応してまいります。

●	当社は、お客様の個人情報を取り扱うにあたり、当社は、個人情報保護に関する関係法令および社内規程を遵守するとともに、この方針を含め、個人情報保護に関わる一切の規程、体制等を適宜見直し、改善を進めてまいります。

個人情報の取り扱いについて

株式会社アンティー・ファクトリー(以下、｢当社｣という) が、取得・保有する個人情報の利用目的について当社は、お客様の個人情報を商品や特典の発送、決済、関連するアフターサービス、商品・サービス等に関するお知らせ、キャンペーンの運営、マーケティング活動のために利用させていただきます。

当社が取得した個人情報の第三者への提供について

当社は、お客様又は公衆の生命、健康、財産などの重大な利益を保護するために必要な場合等法令の規定による場合を除き、お客様の同意なしに第三者に提供することはありません。

個人情報保護の安全管理について

当社は、お客様の個人情報を保護するための規程類を定め、役員を初めとする当社に勤務する全てのｽﾀｯﾌに周知・徹底を図るとともに、その遵守状況の監査を適宜実施しております。また、お客様の個人情報を保護するために必要となる安全管理措置の維持・向上に努めてまいります。

un-T factory inc (hereinafter referred to as “THE COMPANY”) will make efforts to protect customers’ valuable information and provide customers with services that can be safely used by customers. THE COMPANY will comply with laws, orders and other related regulations that protect personal information, and will undertake the following:

Upon collecting customers’ personal information, THE COMPANY will clearly identify its purposes of usage and collect only the information which is necessary for the conduct of business of THE COMPANY. Such customers’ information includes the information collected when customers purchase products from THE COMPANY as well as customers’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, etc. that are registered by customers.

THE COMPANY will adequately and precisely treat personal information collected from customers, and will not use or provide beyond customers’ consent, except in the case where the use or the provision of personal information is required by law, e.g., to protect valuable benefits, such as customers’ or the public’s life, health, property, etc.

THE COMPANY will take thorough measures to adequately instruct the companies (such as manufacturers and logistics companies) to which THE COMPANY will provide customers’ personal information , and will cause these companies not to divulge, or provide without customers’ consent any third parties with, customers’ personal information.

When THE COMPANY entrusts operations relating to customers’ personal information to any outside third parties, THE COMPANY will select such an outside entrustee that fulfills certain security standards that THE COMPANY requires, and will cause such entrustee to bear the same level of responsibilities as THE COMPANY’s.

When customers request to disclose, correct, add, delete, suspend the use of, cease the provision to third parties of, or receive notice of the purpose of the utilization of, customers’ own personal information stored by THE COMPANY, THE COMPANY will adequately and immediately respond to such request to a reasonable extent.

THE COMPANY will comply with the relevant laws, orders and internal regulations that protect personal information in handling customers’ personal information, and will review and improve, on a timely basis, all the regulations, organization, etc. relating to customers’ personal information, including this policy itself.

Handling of Personal Information

Purposes of utilizing personal information which is collected and stored by un-T factory inc (hereinafter referred as to “THE COMPANY”)
THE COMPANY will utilize customers’ personal information for shipping products, payments, provision of after-the-sale services, announcements of products/services, and/or marketing activities.

Provision of personal information to a third party which THE COMPANY obtained

THE COMPANY will not provide customers’ personal information to any third parties without the customers’ consent, except in the case where the use of the provision of personal information is required by law, e.g., to protect valuable benefits, such as customers’ or the public’s life, health, property, etc.

Safe control of the protection of personal information

THE COMPANY has established regulations, etc. to protect customers’ personal information, and educates all the staff and executives working at THE COMPANY so that everyone shall comply with such regulations, and conducts timely audits to check the status of compliance with such regulations. THE COMPANY will also maintain and improve the safety control measures which are necessary for the protection of customers’ personal information.
